Mango Oats Breakfast smoothie


Ingredients
1 cup ripe mangoes chopped
2 scoops pre-cooked oats
2 tsp honey ( add sugar or sugar substitute if you prefer)
200 ml cold water

Steps
Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend it for few mins. Pour it out in a tall glass and enjoy your breakfast!
