Try this simple light chiller on a hot summer day. This recipe is exotic yet super simple. The sweet smooth smell of rose in this recipe takes me back to my childhood summers. I grew up drinking rose sharbat on every Indian summer day - white rose sharbat, pink rose sharbat, rose milk, rose falooda ... yumm ..
Oh well, back to my recipe which is nothing less than exotic
Ingredients: 1 Glass
1/2 peeled medium sized sweet and crunchy apple ( like Fiji apple)
1 tsp Rose Water ( you can find it in any Indian grocery store)
1 spoon honey ( add more if u prefer, add sugar or sugar substitute if u prefer)
200 ml water
Ice Cubes
* If you have ruh-afza or any other rose sharbat then you can substitute it for rose water and honey / sugar.
Steps
Put all ingredients in the blender and blend it at high speed for few minutes. Make sure apples are very nicely blended and smooth.
Fill the glass with ice cubes and pour the drink over ice.
Sprinkle some rose petals if you have and savor the drink while you enjoy the sweet smell of rose.
