Ingredients ( 1 glass)
-1 table spoon tender coconut chunks ( choose the one with thin white coconut flesh)
- 150 ml low fat or skimmed milk
- 1 spoon sugar (or as desired)
- 1 tsp good quality rose water
- 2-3 Ice cubes (optional)
Steps
- Blend all the ingredients in blender for few minutes until smooth
- Pour the shake in a tall glass
- Serve immediately
